Lindsey Hamielec, CIC, CISR, Account Manager at M3 Insurance, was recently named 2013 Wisconsin Outstanding Customer Service Representative of the Year by The National Alliance. This award recognizes the exceptional contributions and commitment of those who serve clients in the insurance industry. She is now one of 49 individuals eligible to compete in the national competition.
To qualify for the top state honor, Lindsey submitted the winning essay on the following topic: “Communication is one of the most important parts of building strong relationships with your clients, companies, and coworkers. Identify and explain the four greatest barriers to effective communication that you face (or have faced) and how you’ve worked to overcome these barriers.” Additionally, she was selected for having demonstrated outstanding service and professionalism within the insurance community.
