APPLETON, WI (March 11, 2013) – Appleton-based Ledgeview Partners, a customer relationship management (CRM) firm serving businesses throughout the United States, continues its steady growth phase with the hiring of two new employees at its Appleton headquarters.
Jane Frantz has been hired as the company’s new Marketing Manager. Frantz holds a bachelor’s degree in business and communications processes from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She brings over 23 years of marketing experience to Ledgeview Partners, including 13 years as an independent marketing consultant serving a variety of public, private and non-profit corporations in the advertising, education, senior living and construction industries. In her new role, Frantz is responsible for oversight of all company marketing initiatives, with a special focus on the development of Inbound and Social Marketing platforms.
Jean Degener has joined the company’s Customer Care Division as an Inside Sales Account Manager. Degener earned a bachelor’s degree in business in 2002 and her MBA in Management and International Business in 2004, both from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She brings six years of inside sales, account management and lead generation experience to the company. Degener’s responsibilities include sales, customer service, promotional planning, product return management, data analysis and completion of business reviews.
