APPLETON, WI (April 15, 2013) – Appleton-based Ledgeview Partners, a customer relationship management (CRM) firm serving businesses throughout the United States and Canada, continues its steady growth phase with the hiring of three full-time employees – two at its headquarters in Appleton and a third based in Austin, Texas.

Chad Collett has been hired as Product Manager. In this brand new position, he will assume full responsibility for rolling out Ledgeview’s proprietary Oil & Gas Distribution software on a global level. His duties will include market research, product enhancements, marketing plan development, sales channel expansion, customer support and profitability. Collett has more than 15 years of marketing experience, including the past seven as Vice President of Marketing at WOW Logistics. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from UW-La Crosse.

Jeff Schmitz has joined the firm as Director, LAR (Large Account Reseller) Channel Sales, another new position for the company. Schmitz is charged with strengthening and expanding existing LAR relationships and acquiring new ones. A graduate of UW-Madison, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, he has devoted his career of over three decades to technology sales and product development. Schmitz will be based in Austin, Texas.

Jamie Kutchek has joined the company’s Inside Sales and Customer Care Division, as an Inside Sales Account Manager for a Petroleum customer. He will be responsible for driving sales, developing new accounts, providing technical advice and customer service, analyzing results and completing periodic business reviews. He began his sales career in 1996, in the automotive industry and also spent several years at J. J. Keller and Associates, Inc. and Pitney Bowes. Kutchek earned an Associate degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University.
