Loose to oversee the Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond The American Club Resort Hotel and Inn on Woodlake Hotel in Kohler

KOHLER, Wis. – The Kohler Co. Global Hospitality Group announces the promotion of Christine Loose to Director Hotels – The American Club Resort Hotel and Inn on Woodlake. In this new role, Loose will be responsible for managing the hotels’ Resort Reservations, Food & Beverage, Telecommunications, Maintenance and Safety. Additionally Loose will be responsible for maintaining superior guest service standards deserving of prominent hospitality awards and recognition.

Loose has previous experience as the Resident Manager – The American Club & Inn on Woodlake and relative work experience as Manager Customer Service & CRM for Kohler Co. Prior to joining Kohler, she was a Manager of Classified Advertising for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel in Milwaukee, Wis. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts, Math from St. Norbert College in Green Bay, Wis., and a Masters of Business Administration – Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management in Milwaukee, Wis.

Chef Anette Righi Oversees Production & Development of Kohler Original Recipe Chocolates, the definitive chocolate experience

KOHLER, Wis. – The Kohler Co. Global Hospitality Group announces the promotion of Chef Anette Rose Righi to Kohler Original Recipe Chocolates Lead Chocolatier. In this role, Chef Righi develops and produces the Kohler Original Recipe Chocolates at Craverie Chocolatier Café, the home of the Kohler Original Recipe Chocolates. The artfully handmade chocolates are created in an open-air production kitchen at the French café-style restaurant serving fresh soups, breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, ice cream, sorbets and other fine desserts.

Righi joined the Kohler Co. as in June of 2011 as a cook for the Craverie Chocolatier Café. Originally from Grafton, Wis., located 30 miles South of Kohler, Wis., Righi graduated in December 2010 from The French Pastry School in Chicago, Ill., with a degree in L’Art de la Pâtisserie Program. Righi garnered hands-on experience at several delectable Midwestern restaurants and establishments including the Lovely Bake Shop (Chicago), Union League Club of Chicago (Chicago), Chocolate Gourmet (Chicago) and Chocolate Chisel (Port Washington, Wis.). Prior to exploring a culinary profession, Righi received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism/Mass Communications from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities in May 2003 and worked in communications roles at Harley-Davidson Financial Services and Coldwell Banker Burnett.
