Johnson Financial Group: Jill Haupt joins Johnson Bank as senior vice president – private banking manager

RACINE, WI., September 6, 2013. Peter Engel, Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking for Johnson Financial Group announced today that Jill Haupt has joined Johnson Financial Group as Senior Vice President – Private Banking Manager.

“Jill’s expertise in relationship banking, business development and customer segmentation positions her well to lead our Private Banking efforts in the markets we serve,” said Engel. “Known for leading teams across lines of business, Jill’s experience makes her a strong partner both with Johnson Bank clients and our growing number of Private Banking associates in Wisconsin and Arizona.”

Haupt brings more than 25 years of management experience in the areas of consumer and small business lending, credit, sales management and deposit product development. She most recently served as Vice President at BMO Harris and has over 10 years of experience as Senior Vice President at Associated Bank. In her new role, Haupt will focus on providing expertise in the continued development and implementation of our private banking strategies to deliver the best value and experience for customers.

A resident of Mukwonago, Haupt received her BS degrees in both Communication and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. An active member of her community, Haupt sits on the American Cancer Society Leadership Council, and serves as Director for both the Elmbrook Humane Society and Steeple View, Inc., an Independent Living Community. She also serves on the board of directors for the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC-Milwaukee).
