Milwaukee business psychology firm hires veteran industry professionals
Milwaukee, Wis. – April 30, 2013 – Humber, Mundie & McClary, LLP (HM&M) has named two new partners to the firm’s professionals. Named as partners and owners are Russell J. Barcelona, Ph.D. and Robert E. Young, Psy.D.
Al Mascitti, managing partner of HM&M, said, “Bob and Russ bring depth of experience, robust service delivery and expanded services to our firm. Collectively, Bob and Russ have 30+ years of consulting experience as business psychologists with small to large clients, including Fortune 500 companies. We welcome our new and talented partners.”
Barcelona brings over 20 years of consulting experience in leadership assessment, talent development and executive coaching. He received his Masters and Ph.D. degrees in industrial and organizational psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Il.
Young has specialized in coaching managers and executives to maximize their leadership potential along with assisting private equity firms and client organizations with the human resource side of merger and acquisition due diligence. He received his B.A. in psychology from Hope College, and his doctorate in psychology (Psy.D.) from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
