BOSTON, Mass. – Heartland Business Systems has been named Cisco’s State, Local and Education (SLED) Partner of the Year for the U.S./Canada Central Region. This is the second straight year Heartland has earned this award.
Greg Huza, vice president of business development, accepted the award on Heartland’s behalf at the 2013 Cisco Partner Summit in Boston, Mass.
The continued success in the SLED market resulted in a 30% increase in Cisco sales for Heartland in the public sector space, and also drove Heartland to open an office Madison.
Heartland’s Managing Director Ben S. Turner said, “This is a tremendous achievement that testifies to the major impact Heartland and Avastone Technologies continue to have in the public sector space.”
