Hansen Reynolds Dickinson Crueger LLC: Five attorneys and paralegal join a growing Hansen Reynolds Dickinson Crueger LLC

Milwaukee, WI — Hansen Reynolds Dickinson Crueger LLC (HRDC) has announced that Don Jacquart, Paul Jacquart, Jeremy Adelson, John Shanahan, James Barton and Kristin Smith have joined the growing litigation firm. HRDC represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial and patent litigation cases in Wisconsin and throughout the country.

Since 2011, the firm has expanded from its four founding partners to eleven attorneys. In addition to many successful defense representations, HRDC helped plaintiffs in commercial litigation matters recover more than $3 million in 2012 alone.

Don Jacquart serves as of counsel bringing over 40 years of civil litigation experience in state and federal courts to HRDC. He has participated in over 100 jury trials. Prior to joining HRDC, he founded the firms of Donald J. Jacquart, S.C. and Jacquart & Lowe, S.C., both long-standing Milwaukee firms.

Paul Jacquart comes to HRDC as a partner. Paul has litigated cases in trial and appellate courts involving a variety of business disputes, personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, and insurance coverage issues. He also serves as general counsel for Guhring, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of a global cutting tools manufacturer for the automotive, aerospace, and other industries.

Jeremy Adelson joins HRDC as of counsel. Previously, he was an associate with Michael Best & Friedrich. Jeremy’s practice includes counseling clients on matters of intellectual property and intellectual property litigation. Prior to his legal career, he was the director of engineering at a prosthetics and orthotics manufacturer. Jeremy also worked as an engineer in the aerospace and sporting goods industries.

John Shanahan is an associate attorney at HRDC. He concentrates his practice on complex corporate litigation. Before joining the firm, John attended Marquette University Law School and the University of Wisconsin.

Joining the firm as a senior associate attorney with a complex corporate litigation focus is James Barton. Previously, he was an associate with Michael Best & Friedrich.

Kristin Smith joins HRDC as a paralegal after serving in a similar role for more than seven years at Jacquart & Lowe, S.C.

Finally, HRDC also welcomes three summer associates: Kaitlyn Reise, Kathryn Scott, and Danielle Nardick.

Anticipating continued growth and success, the firm plans to add an additional attorney late in the third quarter of 2013.
