Foundations Bank: Hires John Blau

Blau Joins Foundations Bank Leadership

PEWAUKEE, WI – March 11, 2013 – John Hazod, Interim President of Foundations Bank, a Pewaukee, Wisconsin based community bank, announced the appointment of John Blau to the newly created position of Vice President, Chief Credit Officer. Blau will report directly to Hazod.

In this role, Blau will lead the Bank’s credit risk management and analysis functions. As part of his responsibilities, Blau will serve as a Member of the Bank’s Loan, Risk Management and Asset/Liability Management Committees.

Blau has more than 16 years of commercial credit experience. He joins Foundations Bank from Baker Tilly, where he was a financial institution consultant. Prior to Baker Tilly, Blau was an examiner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Earlier in his career, he held credit officer positions at Wells Fargo Business Credit, GE Capital and M&I.

Blau is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned his MBA and BBA degrees.
