FOUNDATIONS BANK ANNOUNCES THE PROMOTION OF JOHN M. HAZOD
Hazod promoted to President/CEO
PEWAUKEE, WI – October 16th, 2013 – The Board of Directors of Foundations Bank, a Pewaukee, Wisconsin-based community bank, elected John M. Hazod to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hazod has also been elected as a Director to the company’s Board of Directors.
“John has done an outstanding job leading the organization through a very challenging time and was instrumental in the revival of our company,” said Robert E. Schmidt, Jr., Chairman of the Board of Foundations Bank. “Our bank is strong and we have the right team in place thanks to his tireless commitment to and leadership of this organization.”
Hazod is a native of Milwaukee and joined the organization as Chief Financial Officer in 2004. Prior to his new position, Hazod served as Interim President of Foundations Bank. “I want to thank the Board of Directors for their dedication to our company & the privilege to lead a great group of associates,” said Hazod. “I look forward to leading our organization, as we expand our presence in the community and provide outstanding value to our clients.”
Hazod is a graduate of UW- Whitewater and the Graduate School of Banking at UW Madison. He also serves on the Board of the Merton Athletic Association.
