MADISON, WI, June 7, 2013 – First Business Bank announced today that Bob Kordus has been hired as Vice President – Deposit Operations and Mike Sergeant as Client Services Representative. First Business Bank is part of First Business Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQ:FBIZ).
Bob joins First Business with over 25 years of banking experience. His previous role was as a bank operations executive at First Banking Center (now Talmer Bank & Trust). Bob also has extensive experience in the financial data management industry, where he was the founder of a prosperous bank advisory consulting firm, Kordus Financial Services, in Appleton, WI. Bob has significant experience in program and project management, with proficiency in managing complex data and document solutions through process improvement and better technology. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Carroll University. Bob and his wife, Annette reside in Lake Geneva and are active in the community.
Mike joins First Business with four years of experience. He is a graduate of Edgewood College with a Bachelor in Science Business degree and obtained is MBA from the University of Phoenix. Mike volunteers his time with United Way and various other charity associations. He is an avid sportsman and resides in Madison with his wife and son.
