NEWEST MADISON APARTMENT COMMUNITY GROUND BREAKING EVENT TO BE HELD OCTOBER 10, 2013
Madison city officials, together with partners Dave Schutz and Fiduciary Real Estate Development; representatives from Stevens Construction; Potter Lawson and Northwestern Mutual Life will celebrate the ground breaking for a 326 unit luxury apartment community known as “Domain” on Thursday, October 10th at 9:30 a.m.
“We are thrilled to be able to offer a premier housing opportunity to the downtown Madison marketplace,” stated Dave Schutz, a partner in the project. “We are very thankful to the city of Madison for their support. I am excited to work again with my long-time partner, Fiduciary Real Estate Development.”
The ground breaking event will take place on the corner of W. Johnson and Dayton Streets in Madison. Press and public should enter the site off of Johnson Street. Stevens Construction, Inc. will be working with Fiduciary Real Estate Development to build “Domain”. Eighty six units are scheduled to be ready for occupancy on August 1, 2014 with the balance of the units ready by April 1, 2015.
