Middleton, WI, The Downtown Middleton Business Association (DMBA) will host an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 30th, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, with the actual hunt at 10:05 AM. We will be handing out goodie bags to the first 450 kids that day, so make sure that you’re ready to go at 10:00 sharp. The hunt will be held at Fireman’s Park.
The kids are asked to (BYOB) bring your own basket. Some kids even dress up and are so excited for Alderman Howard Teal to count down and release them to go out and get the eggs. Then they bring their eggs back to the area where they are handed a goodie bag. The bags are filled with some candy and coupons/promotional items from the downtown businesses.
There is also an opportunity for the kids to visit with the service groups that we enjoy so much: Middleton Police, Middleton EMS and the Middleton Fire Department. Also, Walgreen’s will be doing face painting. Participants are asked to bring a donation for the Middleton Outreach Ministry (MOM) for an opportunity to put their name in for some special drawings. There will also be a very special appearance of the Easter Bunny, the Police Department’s Mc Gruff, Culver’s mascot, and others. So, plan for a fun filled hour the day before Easter!
