Attorney William E. Fischer Joins Davis & Kuelthau’s Corporate and Litigation Practice
OSHKOSH—Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. is pleased to announce attorney William E. Fischer has joined the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Litigation Practice in its Oshkosh office.
“Bill brings a strong Wisconsin legal background having served as a commercial litigator for 10 years,” said James R. Macy, Managing Shareholder of the firm’s Oshkosh office. “We are excited to have him on our team.”
A member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, Bill earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude from Marquette University Law School and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is also licensed and admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Northern District of Illinois, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
For six consecutive years, Bill has been proudly recognized as a Wisconsin Rising Star by Super Lawyers® Magazine. His other recognitions include being acknowledged as a Top Up and Coming Wisconsin Lawyer by Milwaukee Magazine and being honored as an Up and Coming Lawyer by the Wisconsin Law Journal.
Bill’s practice will focus on business and complex commercial litigation, general business law and state and federal civil appeals. Prior to joining Davis & Kuelthau, Bill worked as an associate at Kohner, Mann & Kailas.
