Cullen Weston Pines & Bach LLP is pleased to announce the recent addition of three attorneys to the firm: Ann T. Davies, Elisabeth Bach-Van Horn, and Sean P. Lynch.

Ann Davies adds 20 years of family law experience to CWPB’s well-respected Family Law practice group. She is an AV-Rated “Preeminent” attorney and 2012 “Top Rated Lawyer” by Martindale-Hubbell. She has taught Divorce Proceedings in the Lawyering Skills Course at the University of Wisconsin Law School, and is incoming Chair of the Wisconsin State Bar Family Law Section Board of Directors. Davies earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1993. Her practice focus includes divorce and legal separation, child custody and placement, child and spousal support, property division, and mediation.

Elisabeth Bach-Van Horn is a Madison native who received her undergraduate degree from UW-Madison. She earned her law degree in 2007 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, which is nationally known for its superior family law training program. She practiced family law in Missouri for several years before returning to Wisconsin to join CWPB. She primarily handles family law and estate planning matters.

Sean Lynch is also a Madison native and UW-Madison graduate. He earned his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2009. He is focusing his practice on litigation, including worker’s compensation and criminal defense.
