MADISON, WISCONSIN – September, 2013 Cresa Madison represented Ronin SC in a relocation from their current premises on the West Isthmus to the Trademark Building, located at 701 East Washington Avenue. Ronin will occupy their new space immediately.
Ronin designs and builds games for adult learners. Ronin’s games take training, engagement and process enhancement to the next level, helping companies produce well-trained, effective employees quickly.
Cresa Madison was engaged by Ronin to assist them in identifying and securing a relocation option that could serve as the company’s headquarters and enable Ronin to expand their staff while maintaining the unique company culture developed by Ronin’s founder, Scott Kohl. The company’s new location on East Washington Avenue offers Class A finishes and amenities with a historic feel. “The high ceilings, exposed brick and timbers and abundance of glass creates a very “cool” office space, ideal for a tech company like Ronin,” stated Ross Rikkers, Principal at Cresa.
The new, larger location on East Washington Avenue will provide Ronin SC with the necessary space to continue to increase their staff and reach out to more and more entities in the marketplace.
