Milwaukee, Wisconsin—Survey results from a joint Business Marketing Association (BMA) and Forrester Research study, entitled “B2B CMOs Must Evolve or Move On,” shows that there has never been a better time to be a B2B marketer. Compared with its remit just two years ago, marketing’s responsibilities have become significantly broader, with 97 percent of respondents saying that they find it increasingly necessary to take on new activity to be successful.

As business marketer’s roles evolve, they must find fresh ways to increase skills, work in cross-functional environments, and collaborate with peers. Fortunately for B2B marketers in southeastern Wisconsin, BMA Milwaukee remains the business marketer’s first line of defense. The organization’s professional enrichment keynote series, for instance, features nationally recognized experts focused on the latest developments, new opportunities, and important trends impacting today’s business marketer.
