Milwaukee, Wis. – May 14,2013 – On Monday, May 13, your Better Business Bureau opened for business at its new location; 10019 W. Greenfield Avenue.

“We are excited to be settling into our new home”, says Randall Hoth, president and CEO. “Our dream of moving into a brand new building has become a reality. The move allows the BBB to improve operating efficiently and continue all of our important services to the community in a state of the art building. The building, across the street from our former location, is owned by Summit Credit Union, a BBB corporate community partner.”

The new building includes a shared community room for Accredited Business events and seminars, and new meeting rooms to hold mediation and arbitration services. A media room has also been designed into the space to continue BBB scam alerts and interviews with reporters.

Mediation and arbitration as well as conference rooms will be available to the public and BBB Accredited Businesses to reserve for business purposes.

BBB services continue to grow in demand and relevance as evidenced by our significant growth in people seeking our online Business Reviews. We have increased news activity and media alerts state-wide, and continue to investigate through complaints and tips. Your BBB continues to promote helping people find and review businesses and brands they can trust. Investment in the Wisconsin BBB through accreditation allows us to serve your company, your employees, clients and prospects, saving them time and money when searching for a reputable business.

BBB expects to offer business workshops at the new location in 2014 on topics ranging from employee recruiting to business scams targeting small businesses, to increasing sales effectiveness. All workshops will be facilitated by BBB staff as well as Accredited Businesses offering their expertise on topics that assist our business owners and management.

We are looking forward to the completion of the Greenfield Avenue bridge in order to properly showcase our new home. Stay tuned for open house event information.

If you are interested in reserving a conference room for Accredited Business use, please contact Kristina Lock at member@wisconsin.bbb.org or 414-847-6060. If you are interested in offering your expertise at a future workshop, please email us with your topic at newsletter@wisconsin.bbb.org.
