Agrace: Strengthens leadership team with addition of four directors

MADISON, Wis. – Agrace, Wisconsin’s largest nonprofit community hospice and palliative care agency, has added four new directors to its leadership team: Karil Walther, director of the Agrace Inpatient Unit; Tracy Buglass, director of the Agrace Foundation; Angie Bloyer, director of service excellence; and Natasha Weberg, director of outreach.

Karil Walther, RN, MSN
Agrace’s 50-bed inpatient unit and hospice residence in Madison are now managed by Karil Walther, Inpatient Unit director. Walther oversees interdisciplinary collaborative practice among Agrace’s staff, quality assessment and performance management. She is responsible for ensuring that Agrace delivers exceptional inpatient and residential care, consistent with hospice philosophy and best practices.

Walther joined Agrace from Meriter Hospital and has experience in the ER and clinic settings. She holds a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Columbia College of Nursing, Milwaukee, and a master of science in nursing administration from Edgewood College, Madison.

Tracy Buglass
Tracy Buglass is the new director of the Agrace Foundation. She is responsible for major gift development, planned giving and donor cultivation strategies. A Madison native, Buglass has had extensive involvement in the local business and nonprofit community. She is a past director of workplace donor relations for United Way of Dane County and has more than 20 years’ experience in donor development, client relations and fundraising campaigns.

Angie Bloyer, MBA
Angie Bloyer has been named Agrace’s director of service excellence. Bloyer leads and directs the implementation of service excellence initiatives that are designed to promote a consistently exceptional patient and family experience.

Most recently, Bloyer worked at Meriter Hospital, Madison, as director of service excellence. She has extensive experience with customer satisfaction survey processes, customer experience best practices, training and education, staff and physician coaching, complaint management and leadership development. She earned a bachelor of business administration degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Edgewood College, Madison.

Natasha Weberg, RN, BSN
Natasha Weberg has joined Agrace as director of outreach. She is responsible for the design and implementation of agency-wide community and clinical outreach initiatives related to hospice care, palliative care and grief support. Weberg is also instrumental in identifying potential professional partnerships and growth opportunities for Agrace.

Weberg was most recently employed by Home Health United as patient care manager in its Rock County office. She has considerable hospice experience and has strengths in relationship building and people development.
