High Achiever Rewarded with Expanded Leadership Role
BELOIT, Wis. – Exterior building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc. has promoted Nate Lunger, manager of its branch at 4349 Duraform Rd., Windsor, Wis., to managing partner. This honor recognizes the highest level of achievement among the company’s branch managers and gives Nate Lunger a more prominent leadership role within the company.
A resident of Sun Prairie, Wis., Lunger has managed the branch since 2008.
As a managing partner, he continues to oversee the branch while taking on additional responsibilities. He has been named to ABC Supply’s National Branch Advisory Board, which advises senior management on a wide range of topics, including strategic initiatives, branch expansion, product development, technology, branch operation and company policy.
To be selected for the managing partner program, Lunger met stringent criteria in the areas of customer satisfaction, associate development, improvements in branch performance, safety compliance and excellence in overall business practices.
