Milwaukee – June 27, 2012 – The law firm of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. is pleased to announce that Jan Zantow has been named its Director of Human Resources.

Zantow’s comprehensive background in developing and implementing human resources strategy has supported the goals of professional service firms including one of the state’s largest business law firms, and a leading financial services firm. Additionally, her years of experience with both distribution and manufacturing companies has honed her ability to maximize an organization’s performance through leadership development, process improvement, team building and strategic communication. Zantow received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

In her role at WHD, she is responsible for the leadership and strategic focus in all of the firm’s Human Resources functions, including: professional development, recruiting, employee relations, benefits and compensation, compliance, diversity and community relations.
