Milwaukee, Wisconsin (May 30, 2012) —WCF Advisors LLC announced today that it has expanded the company with the recent addition of Michael Hirschberg. In his new position as associate, Hirschberg is responsible for executing merger and acquisition, capital raising and other corporate finance advisory engagements.

Prior to joining WCF Advisors, Hirschberg worked as an investment banking associate at Greenberg Advisors LLC where he was responsible for analyzing and executing investment banking transactions, including merger and acquisition and recapitalization assignments.

Hirschberg holds a bachelor of science degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and a master of business administration degree from American University in Washington D.C. where he was a Merit Scholar.
