Visuality: a media firm with offices in the Midwest and on the East Coast, has acquired Defero Advisory Services LLC (Defero). The move has made Defero founder Bill Phillips Managing Director of V Solutions, a newly-created boutique consulting firm operating as part of Visuality.

V Solutions will focus its practice in the following areas:
• Donor advisement, both philanthropic & political;
• Fundraising, focused on independent expenditure efforts; and
• Strategic guidance for non-profit agencies, including coalition management and issue development.
Phillips brings a diverse, dynamic range of experiences to V Solutions. After spending much of his career in the financial services sector, Phillips ran for the Senate from Florida in 2004; and later joined the Florida Education Association as Communications Director.
Defero Advisory Services LLC – founded by Phillips in 2010 – is a boutique strategy firm based in Orlando, FL, which worked primarily with high net worth, progressive oriented political donors from across the country directing investments to winning ballot initiatives, candidates and infrastructure related organizations.
Phillips is transitioning his clients to V Solutions, while working with new clients to provide advice, develop strategy, and realize potential.
