USDA Rural Development: Government still has loans available in current market

Shawano, WI- – – – – The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural
Development still has loans available to rural communities in Wisconsin with affordable monthly
payments.

Rural Development offers 100 percent financing on home loans with no down payment required.
The interest rate as of April 1, 2012 will be at 3.25%. Loans can be subsidized down to 1%.and
are offered for a period of 33 – 38 years. Loans are available to anyone who meets the eligibility
requirements. There are loan specialist available to assist with pre-qualifications.
