New Berlin, WI, August 13, 2012 – Top Floor Technologies, the recognized leader in industrial web design and marketing, announced recently that it has leased a new space at the Security Insurance building located at 2725 S. Moorland Road, New Berlin, WI, and will move to their new location late August. The new office will be open September 4, 2012.
“The move is exciting for everyone at Top Floor,” said Jim Bernthal, the president of Top Floor Technologies. “Moving to a professional office building better reflects our leadership position in the B2B marketplace. Since we are leasing the top floor of the building, our location will finally align with our name and branding.”
The new office will feature three conference rooms, collaboration areas, private working spaces and a break room. “We want to create a more enjoyable and productive work environment for our team and customers,” said Bernthal. “One of the conference rooms will be equipped with a bistro style conference table and multiple large screen monitors; a great setup for team collaboration. The casual collaboration areas are built in more of a lounge type atmosphere.”
In addition to the office space, Top Floor will have access to a shared media room where they can host their popular Internet Marketing Educational seminars series.
Top Floor Technologies has been at its current location for over twelve years. According to Bernthal, the company has grown exponentially over the years, increasing from a staff of six to a team of twenty five. The lease provides an option for expansion within the Security Insurance building that will likely be exercised in the coming years.
