Brookfield, WI – February 9, 2012 – The Oilerie® Brookfield announces its three-year anniversary celebration held at The Oilerie® Brookfield store on Saturday, February 18, 2012, all day long – 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Jackie Zach, president of Jacqueline M. Zach Enterprises, LLC, dba The Oilerie® Brookfield, invites area residents and customers to attend the special event to experience healthy foods made with olive oils and balsamic vinegar, recipes, and prizes. There will be food demos during the celebration and gift card drawings. The Oilerie®’s exclusive line of baking mixes including brownies and cupcakes will be featured.
“It is to the people who came to our store, sampled our products before buying, and returned again and again that we owe our success. We are grateful for their generous support. Our recipes use healthy extra virgin olive oils, aged balsamic vinegars, sauces, pastas, beans, rice, dips and spreads that are stocked at our store,” Zach said.
The Oilerie® Brookfield was also a finalist at the 2012 Business Excellence Awards Forum, sponsored by ActionCOACH, the world’s number one business coaching firm, held in Memphis, Tennessee last month.
