MADISON, Wis. — Summit Credit Union is holding a free educational seminar, “Why We Buy What We Buy: A Guide to Mindful Spending,” on Wed., Nov. 7, from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Seminar participants will learn:

Why people buy the things they buy

Tips to reduce spending

How to take saved money and use it to reduce debt, increase savings and live dreams

The seminar is open to the public and will be held at the Wisconsin Trade Center, located at 8401 Greenway Blvd., in Middleton, Wis. Attendees will be served a light lunch.
