MADISON, Wis. — Summit Credit Union is holding a free educational seminar, “Investing & Retirement Basics” on Tues., Aug. 21, from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Seminar participants will learn:

About investment fundamentals, including the effects of inflation and compounding interest How to identify financial goals, time horizons and risk tolerance, as well as how to understand the relationship between risk and return

The seminar is open to the public and will be held at the Wisconsin Trade Center, located at 8401 Greenway Blvd., in Middleton, Wis. Attendees will be served a light lunch.
