MADISON, Wis. — Summit Credit Union has promoted Deanna Popke to branch manager at its Sun Prairie branch, located at 1333 W. Main St.
Her new role brings her back to the Sun Prairie location after a brief stint as manager at the financial’s Waunakee branch. She was assistant branch manager at the Sun Prairie branch from Feb. 2007 – Nov. 2011. All together, Popke has more than 15 years of management experience in the financial industry.
Popke has been involved in the Sun Prairie community for five years, volunteering at the annual Sun Prairie Cornfest and participating in the Chamber of Commerce “Leadership Sun Prairie” program. She is also actively involved with the Dane County Humane Society.
Popke earned an associated degree in business management at MATC and is a graduate of River Valley High School in Spring Green. She resides in Cottage Grove with her husband.
