Glendale – On Friday, April 6th, bring family and friends to Sprecher Brewery for a Good Friday Fish Fry and Brewery Tour. Sprecher tour guides will whet your appetite with a guided tour at 5:00pm and 6:00pm, after which you can enjoy free samples of the award-winning beer and gourmet soda brewed on site. This is a delicious opportunity to experience Milwaukee’s original microbrewery. Come for the 5 o’clock tour, eat at 5:30pm; come for the 6 o’clock tour, eat at 6:30pm. And what a feast you’ll have.
Saz’s Catering created a sumptuous buffet menu just for this event. Dishes offered include: Sprecher Pub Ale Fried Cod, Baked Cod and Chicken Fritters; Potato Pancakes, Saz’s Sour Cream and Chive Fries, Fresh Sprecher Bread and Rye Rolls; New England Clam Chowd er, Creamy Coleslaw; Tossed Salad; Sprecher Root Beer Cookies and Orange Dream Brownies.
Cost per person: Adults, $25.50 plus tax (gratuity not included); Children (age 3-11), $11.50 plus tax (gratuity not included). Guests receive tour, two free seven ounce beer samples and commemorative glass (adults 21 and over only), unlimited soda samples and buffet. Additional beer will be available for purchase.
