Southwest Wisconsin Book Festival: Pre-register today for workshops

Mineral Point, Wisc. – Pre-registration for workshops at the second annual Southwest Wisconsin Book Festival is now open. The festival is a non-profit serving authors and their audiences through an enriching literary event on November 24, 2012, in Mineral Point, Wisconsin. Hosted by Little Creek Press, A Division of Kristin Mitchell Design, the workshops will be held at the Mineral Point Public Library. Session A is from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and Session B is from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon. Pre-registration online is encouraged. The cost per workshop is $5.00. The day continues at the Quality Inn with a book signing and reading event featuring 50 authors from Wisconsin and neighboring states. The festival will be capped off with an evening keynote presented by national speakers John Ivanko and Lisa Kivirist at the historic Mineral Point Opera House.
