Dan’s career began while working his way through college at the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. He worked full time at a local manufacturing facility while earning his degree in business administration. After graduation, he honed his skills working with businesses such as Menards which provided him with experience in sales, leadership development, and marketing. In 2001, Dan joined Lands’ End, continuing his work in the areas of leadership and team development.
