Waukesha, WI, January 28, 2012 – Peter Rathmann, President and Founder of SalesTechnik, LLC has a need to give back to his community and has been doing so by championing Dryhootch of Waukesha County to his clients and prospects.
Through his company, Sales Technik, LLC, Rathmann volunteers his time to mentor individuals, organizations and companies to focus their growth efforts and increase their opportunities in the market when they make a donation to Dryhootch of Waukesha County. Over 11 companies have participated since November, 2011 when Peter started the mentorship service offering.
“I wake up every day with a sense of duty to improve things. So many of our troops that have a sense of duty to serve their country are returning and having trouble transitioning back to life at home. So I decided to focus my energy on helping those troops that are in need of the services provided by Dryhootch by developing awareness and building a funding mechanism to help establish a location in Waukesha County,” said Rathmann.
“It continuously amazes me that organizations believe they can grow their sales simply by placing people into slots in the organization. If you want to have a successful selling function, you need to start with a lofty goal, align all departments on that goal, clearly define expectations and metrics, and be able to measure success,” continues Rathmann.
Ron Scott, USN (Ret.), President of Dryhootch of Waukesha County, said, “The goal of Dryhootch of Waukesha County is to establish a coffee house where veterans, their families, and the general public can gather and socialize in a relaxing, safe environment and to provide supportive services for veterans and their families in the form of both one-on-one mentoring and support groups. Peter Rathmann has been assisting Dryhootch by helping to jump-start our fundraising efforts and making the community aware of our cause.”

Rathmann founded SalesTechnik, LLC in February of 2011. He has over 20 years of sales and sales management experience, is an adjunct instructor at both Carroll University and WCTC for Business to Business Marketing and Business Ethics, and is a board member at Hebron House of Hospitality in Waukesha, WI. He was previously on the Workforce Development Board for Waukesha, Ozaukee, and Washington Counties.
