Waukesha, WI –Ruekert/Mielke is pleased to announce David Sheard, P.E. has joined the firm as a Senior Economic Analyst. Sheard joins Ruekert/Mielke’s financial division with more than 32 years experience in the government sector, most recently as the Assistant Administrator of the Division of Water, Compliance and Consumer Affairs with the Wisconsin Public Service Commission.

Sheard is an expert in the field of water and sewer utility regulation having overseen water and sewer utility compliance and consumer issues’. He has personally designed rates in more than 200 water rate cases and had administrative roles in hundreds more.
