MADISON, WI — Inc. magazine ranked RevolutionEHR the 3rd fastest growing company in Wisconsin on its 31st annual Inc. 500|5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest- growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America’s independent entrepreneurs. With three year growth of 685%, RevolutionEHR placed 47th amongst software companies and #544 nationwide.

Founded in 2006 as Health Innovation Technologies Inc., RevolutionEHR was created with the mission of helping optometrists provide better patient care and more effectively manage their practices through the delivery of a web-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) and practice management solution.
