MILWAUKEE, Wis. (December 11, 2012) — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Tonya Vachirasomboon has joined the firm’s Milwaukee office as an associate in the Corporate Services Group.
Vachirasomboon’s practice focuses on advising businesses in merger and acquisition transactions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and general business matters, including entity selection and formation, corporate governance, stockholder issues, and commercial contracting.
She received both her law degree, cum laude, and undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Indiana University.
