MILWAUKEE, WIS. (September 10, 2012) — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Peter J. Kaiser has joined the firm’s Milwaukee office as an associate in the Corporate Services Group, where he will focus his practice on securities.
Kaiser’s experience includes drafting and reviewing documents for transactions, including stock purchases, asset sales, and capital investments in start-up companies, counseling business owners on all matters of corporate governance, including advising boards of directors, and negotiating and closing real estate transactions for commercial clients, including work related to securing financing, leasing, title examination, and regulatory compliance.
He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
