MILWAUKEE, Aug. 2, 2012 – Provade, Inc., an industry leader in enterprise Vendor Management System (VMS) development for global workforce spend management, continues its recent growth with the addition of Mary Martin as Product Consultant and Kim Ross as Strategic Account Manager. The new hires reflect Provade’s ongoing commitment to providing the best in VMS software capabilities.

“Mary and Kim bring diverse backgrounds to our team, which will help Provade better serve its clients and enhance our Business Intelligence, usability and mobility solutions,” said Provade President, Edward Jackson.

The most recent hires will fill two positions:

· Mary Martin, Product Consultant: Martin will work with both internal and external resources to ensure Provade’s offerings are being fully utilized. Being immersed in the demonstration environment, Martin will help guide the product roadmap based on feedback from customers and prospects. Martin previously managed key clients at ManpowerGroup/TAPFIN, where she successfully implemented and managed the Contingent Workforce Management Solution (CWMS) Program. Martin also managed multiple large and mid-sized Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients at Allegis Group Services (AGS), and acted as a trainer for new program operations employees. Martin began her career in IT staffing and continues to speak at recruiter and supplier diversity summits, specializing in MSP education and trends.

· Kim Ross, Strategic Account Manager: Ross will act as a main point of contact for clients and partners, as well as the liaison to the entire organization. Through analysis, she will be responsible for identifying trends and ensuring consistency to display the benefits of VMS technology. Ross has over 19 years of experience in the Information Technology, supply chain and human resources areas of the telecommunication industry, having most recently served as Program Manager at AT&T.
