OEM Fabricators: Christian Gausman to lead new OEM Baldwin facility

S. Mark Tyler, President of OEM Fabricators, Inc. announced today that Christian Gausman has been named leader of the new Baldwin facility for OEM. Gausman, a native of Baldwin has quickly moved up at OEM Fabricators. In high school, Gausman become interested in manufacturing operations through his technical education courses and, after graduating in 2002 from Baldwin-Woodville High School, Gausman attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology. It was during his time at UW-Stout that Gausman starting working at OEM part time as an intern in the quality department. After graduation, OEM offered Gausman a full time job as a Project Manager. He has worked in various roles for the company including quality, customer service and engineering. Gausman continued his education while working full time and earned a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering from UW-Stout. Currently, Gausman is working towards earning his MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

OEM Fabricators is a leading contract manufacturer in Wisconsin. From humble beginning in 1986 with three Team Members in a 2500 square foot pole shed to today, with over 500 Team Members and sales of $85 million, the company’s growth has been truly remarkable. The new Baldwin facility provides the company with needed space to accommodate current projects. OEM now has four locations including its 72,000 square foot headquarter facility in Woodville; a 55,000 square foot facility in Neillsville; a 10,000 square foot facility in Prentice and the new Baldwin facility.

OEM manages entire process flows including supply chain integration for its customers, a full service one stop shop, OEM designs and builds medium to heavy gauge components, subassemblies and turnkey products for a diverse customer base including: oil and gas exploration, construction, agriculture, power generation, electronics, medical device, transportation, mining and defense industries.
