Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club: Announces new bleachers fundraising events

MILWAUKEE, WI (February 13, 2012) – To raise dollars for the purchase and installation of new bleachers to its largest and highest profile outdoor stadium prior to the Spring 2012 outdoor season (per compliancy regulations issued by the State of Wisconsin), the Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club, a nonprofit organization, announces a number of fundraisers to help achieve its $130,000 fundraising goal.

* Starting Monday, February 13th, raffle tickets will be sold for $10 each at the Uihlein Soccer Park (7101 W. Good Hope Rd.) front desk for a chance to win one $5,000 Funjet Vacations trip for four to Riviera Maya, Mexico including round-trip airfare for four and a 7-night stay at the all inclusive RIU Palace Riviera Maya (two rooms).

* On Tuesday, February 28th, California Pizza Kitchen at Bayshore Town Center from 11:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. will donate 20% of the day’s sales for dine-in or take-out orders to the Milwaukee Kickers. Flyer is required for donation.

* On Wednesday, March 7th, join the Kickers as they make a fundraising splash at the new Splash Studio painting bar in the Historic Third Ward from 6:30 to 10:00 p.m. as attendees learn to create their own masterpieces while enjoying a glass of beer, wine or soda. Splash founder and president Marla Hahn is generously hosting this fun and exciting pre-grand opening event especially for the Milwaukee Kickers. Tickets are $35 and include three hours of studio time, paint supplies including smock, paint instruction, cleanup, one complimentary drink and your masterpiece to take home with you at the end of the night. All of the evening’s ticket proceeds will be donated to the Milwaukee Kickers. The number of painters is limited to 50 guests (first come, first served) so register today!

* On Tuesday, March 20th, make your dinner plans at one of two Qdoba locations (12345 W. Capitol Drive in Wauwatosa or 510 W. Silver Spring Drive in Glendale) and 10% of sales from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. will be donated to the Milwaukee Kickers. Flyer is required for donation.

* On Friday, March 30th, start you weekend off right by joining the Milwaukee Kickers for a relaxing beer and cheese pairing event at Sprecher Brewery in Glendale from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and 50% of the $20 event ticket will be donated to the Milwaukee Kickers. Registration is required.
