Carlos Pastrana is an Associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group with a focus on client counseling, litigation and trial discrimination, retaliation and harassment cases as well as labor relations disputes and employment-based immigration. Pastrana earned his B.A. in English Literature in 1998 from the University of Central Florida and received his J.D. from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2002.
Prior to joining Michael Best, Pastrana was a Partner at the Labor and Employment Department of Goldman, Antonetti & Cordova, PSC, in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he worked for nine years.
