Green Bay, Wisconsin – (Mar. 12, 2012) – MetJet, a De Pere-based air service provider, has now become the only year-round Northeast Wisconsin based provider of nonstop air service to Orlando. No other carrier will be offering this service on a year round basis as of June.

“Timing has definitely worked in our favor, but also in the favor of those wishing to fly non-stop directly to Orlando,” said Mike Heisman, founder and CEO of MetJet. “Since Allegiant has decided to stop offering this service in the summer months, people will see the benefits of MetJet flying directly to Orlando International Airport instead of having to go to Sanford.”

The non-stop service will be available with departures every Friday and Saturday, departing from Austin Straubel International Airport at 5:45 p.m. and arriving at Orlando International Airport three hours later. Return flights will be offered every Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are on sale now and are available through http://www.metjet.net. Passengers that book tickets now through April 15th and fly in May or April will receive a twenty-five dollar gift card to their choice of Disney World, Universal or Sea World.

The non-stop service will be conducted as a public charter with a 162-passenger Boeing 737-800 jet, operated by Sun Country Airlines. MetJet passengers will be permitted to check up to two bags free of charge.

MetJet will include complimentary meals on flights to Orlando and free snacks and beverage service on every flight.

Flights commence on May 25th.
