APPLETON, WI (Dec. 7, 2012) – Appleton-based Ledgeview Partners, a customer relationship management (CRM) firm serving businesses throughout the United States, continues its growth pattern with the hiring of two new employees at its Appleton headquarters.

Reilly Mitchell has been hired as a CRM support consultant in the company’s Software Services Division. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from the University of Florida. He brings seven years of experience as a technology manager to Ledgeview, specializing in the design, installation and support of audio and video systems and computer networks. In his new role, Mitchell provides customer support for the Microsoft Dynamics® CRM application, including troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues to optimize business processes for clients.

Marc Holliday has also joined the company’s Software Services Division, as a technical sales support consultant. Holliday is a graduate of Ohio State, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional with Dynamics CRM 2011and brings 16 years of IT experience to Ledgeview – the last three in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consulting. Holliday is responsible for providing technical sales expertise to the company’s entire sales team, assisting with project estimates and maximizing product functionality, as well as assisting with product demonstrations. He was attracted to the company because of its sole focus on Dynamics CRM and for its Gold Level Partner status with Microsoft.
