Kicks Unlimited Middleton: To offer fundraising cardio kickboxing class

PROCEEDS TO BENEFIT RED CROSS AND HURRICANE SANDY VICTIMS

Mathiam Mbow, owner/chief instruction of the popular Kicks Unlimited Middleton will teach a one hour cardio kickboxing class class at the Sheraton Hotel, 706 John Nolen Drive in Madison to benefit the American Red Cross Hurricane Sandy effort.

Registration will start at 6 PM for 30 minutes followed by an intense one hour cardio kickboxing workout, concluding with a 30 minute cool down/wrap up period.

Interested participates are encouraged to sign up beforehand at the Kick Unlimited Middleton website-http://kicks4middleton.com/ or can sign up at the door the night of the event.

This open to the community free event is sponsored by Kicks Unlimited Middleton and Sheraton Hotel Madison.

A suggested contribution of $25 is requested, which will be given directly to the American Red Cross. All contributions are welcomed and will be forwarded to the American Red Cross Hurricane Sandy effort with the goal of brightening victims lives during the holiday season.

Mathiam Mbow will be available for media interviews before the event.
