MILWAUKEE – Kahler Slater, a Milwaukee-based, award-winning architecture and experience design firm, recently provided visioning and conceptual planning services to the University of Florida College of Dentistry in Gainesville, Fla., addressing the college’s space planning and future facility needs.

Kahler Slater facilitated a visioning process involving college faculty, staff and students. The resulting plan can now be used by the college to support its fundraising efforts, to develop a long-term strategy to meet its facilities needs, and to support a proposal requesting state funding for building expansion. Among the topics explored in the visioning process were the new ways in which today’s students learn, how patients experience the college’s clinics, community space, and other future needs of the college.
