Kahler Slater: Bill Kissinger joins Kahler Slater as director of business development

MILWAUKEE – Bill Kissinger has joined Kahler Slater, a Milwaukee-based, award-winning architecture and experience design firm, in the newly created position of director of business development. In his new role, Kissinger will focus on developing business for Kahler Slater’s health care and academic health sciences teams.

Kissinger comes to Kahler Slater from Valerio Dewalt Train Associates Inc., a design-focused national architecture practice headquartered in Chicago, where he had been principal, business development and marketing since 2002. Prior to that, he was vice president of business development for Milwaukee-based commercial contractor CG Schmidt Construction, and vice president and director of marketing for Minneapolis-based HGA Architects and Engineers.

A resident of Oak Park, Ill., Kissinger is a graduate of Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Architecture and Urban Planning.

He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, the Society for College and University Planners, and the Society for Marketing Professional Services.
