Barbara Graupman has joined the agency as Vice President, Commercial Sales Executive. A 30 year veteran in the insurance industry, Graupman spent 20 years at Liberty Mutual. She most recently served as a Client Executive for 10 years in the Milwaukee office of Marsh. In her new role at Johnson, Graupman will manage commercial insurance programs for larger businesses. She also assumes responsibility for several large existing clients in Wisconsin. Her areas of insurance expertise include construction, manufacturing, and technology. Graupman is a graduate of Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wisconsin and has also earned her CPCU designation. Graupman is a resident of Baraboo.
Matthew Tubbin has been promoted to Employee Benefits Consultant. In this new role, Tubbin will manage employee benefit (healthcare) programs for medium and large employers. Tubbin has nearly 20 years experience in the Insurance industry both on the carrier side as well as agency experience. He has been with Johnson Insurance for three years in the role of Assistant Vice President – Employee Benefits Service Manager. Prior to joining Johnson Insurance, Tubbin was with R&R Insurance in Waukesha in Benefits Sales. Tubbin lives in Jefferson.
Wendy Arnold has been promoted to Commercial Lines Account Executive. In her new role, Arnold will service new and current clients as well as manage new business production within the Architect & Engineer practices division. With more than eight years of insurance experience, Arnold has been with Johnson Insurance since 2010. Prior to that, she focused on the risk management and insurance needs of Wisconsin architects and engineers. A resident of Janesville, Arnold graduated from Concordia University – River Forest with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She has also earned the following licenses: Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) license and Professional Workers Compensation Account Manager (PWCAM).
Graupman, Arnold and Tubbin are all located at 525 Junction Road in Madison.
