Racine, WI., November 8, 2012. Tom Bolger, President and Chief Executive Officer of Johnson Financial Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Maureen (Hogan) Burnie to Senior Vice President, Director of Human Resources for the company.
 
“Maureen’s considerable experience and knowledge of Human Resources will serve as a great asset to our team,” said Bolger.  “She will help strengthen and enhance our efforts to continue our focus on hiring and retaining the most talented people in our industry.”

Burnie comes to Johnson Financial Group with extensive experience encompassing over 25 years of managing and consulting on employee engagement, performance management, communications leadership, change management, diversity, and organizational development.

 
Most recently, Burnie served as Director of Human Resources and Corporate Performance at American Transmission Company in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. In her new role, she will oversee the areas of Human Resources and Organizational Development.

A resident of Milwaukee, Burnie is a graduate of Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
