Jet Air Group: Expands partnership with Packers

New agreement extends relationship for three years

(Green Bay, WI) Jet Air Group will be the Fixed Based Operator (FBO) partner of the Green Bay Packers through 2015, offering complete air transportation and flight services for Packers games.

“Partnering with the Packers last year was a great fit and we are excited to be expanding on our successful relationship with the organization,” stated Al Timmerman, Chief Executive Officer of Jet Air. “Being a partner of the Packers allows us to add to the quality service we already provide to our clients, and opens up opportunities to share information about our flight and charter services with a new audience, as well.”

“We’re pleased to be continuing our partnership with Jet Air Group,” said Craig Benzel, director of marketing and corporate sales for the Packers. , “They offer the type of high quality aviation service that many of our season ticket holders and business partners are looking for. We are happy to expand on our current relationship.”

Jet Air is also the newest member of Signature Select, the world’s largest FBO network for aviation services including fueling, hangar rental and ground handling. “Expanding our partnership with the Green Bay Packers along with becoming a member of Signature Select positions us to provide the best possible service for travelers and their flight crew whether they are coming in for a game or at any other time of the year,” said Timmerman.

Packers game days are always busy at Jet Air Group. “Whether someone has a small plane or a large jet, we can accommodate them with a wide range of services such as providing fuel, catering, and hotel arrangements, and coordinating ground transportation, including a free shuttle bus service to and from Lambeau on game days.,” Timmerman explained. “And, if someone is interested in charter flights to and from Green Bay for home or away games, we can do that, too. It’s a convenient way to travel without waiting in lines at the airport or missing a flight.”

Jet Air and the Packers are also enhancing the game day experience for those who arrive at the airport, but can’t get to the game. “The pilots and flight crew typically stay on site during the games,” Timmerman stated. “We will give them a fun game day experience, as well, by playing the game on our big screen televisions and providing tailgate fare. With our Packers partnership, we’ll also be giving the pilots and crew game day programs and the promotional items that are usually only distributed at Lambeau Field. It’s our way to bring a bit of that Packers excitement to our facility.”

Timmerman says that being a partner of the Packers provides great exposure for Jet Air. “Being the FBO partner of the Green Bay Packers shows our connection with the team and our ability to make the game day experience for those traveling to Green Bay a good one,” said Timmerman.
