Company to add fulltime customer care positions
GREEN BAY, WIS. — Dec. 17, 2012 – Humana Inc. (HUM: NYSE) announced that it is adding approximately 40 Customer Care jobs to its fulltime workforce in the Green Bay area.
The Customer Care Specialist positions will provide customer service support for Humana’s growing line of medical and specialty benefit products, including Dental and Vision plan offerings. The Customer Care Specialists will directly handle inquiries and provide guidance to Humana members from around the country with medical and specialty benefit plans.
For the past three years, Humana was named the largest employer in Brown County (Green Bay-area) by the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce. Currently, Humana employs more than 3,100 associates in its De Pere and Green Bay office locations.
